Product feedback
Existing beta users should submit workflow gaps, service-tracking pain points, and feature requests through the same channel so the team can triage them together.
Privacy or legal
If your inquiry is about privacy, data handling, or terms, mention that clearly in your request so it can be routed for priority review.
