What we collect
When you request beta access, we collect the information you provide directly, including your name, email address, vehicle focus, and any notes you submit about your machines, fleet, or intended use case.
We also collect technical information automatically from your browser when the beta form is used, such as language preferences, screen and viewport size, device pixel ratio, browser connection details, page URL, referrer, time zone, and whether touch support is available. If you allow browser geolocation, we may also receive approximate latitude, longitude, and accuracy data.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review beta requests, prioritize onboarding, communicate with interested users, improve the beta experience, diagnose issues, and better understand which types of machines, operators, and fleets the platform should support first.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for internal analysis, product planning, and service reliability work.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the beta site, store data, or communicate with users, but only as needed to run the service.
Retention
We retain information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to administer the beta, evaluate access requests, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service.
Your choices
You can decline optional browser geolocation permissions. You can also contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you have submitted through the beta site.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information collected through the beta site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
